In March,2018,Kingcera structural ceramic product was exported to Malaysia, this is the first time that Kingcera design and produce structural ceramic product.
Before customer find Kingcera, they have already purchased same product from other Chinese supplier, but unsuccessful. Because when customer receive the ceramic part, all have cracks, the supplier has not produced the ceramic parts successfully. When Kingcera knew this situation, we did many tests before we make mass production, we check every piece if have any crack, also did performance testing. After our engineers tested for times, we are successful to produce this structural ceramic part with 95% alumina, when our Malaysia customer received our products, they are very satisfied with our product quality.
This means Kingcera have moved the first successful step on structural ceramic product.
Kingcera always take many effort on helping customer to develop new technical ceramic product and treat “Quality” as the first important thing.
