Recently, we produced a bath of wear resistant
ceramic lined pipes for a Mica Paper factory; we send our products to their workshop in early June.
Wear-resistant ceramic pipes are responsible for conveying the slurry during mica paper production. Slurry is mica raw material. The slurry is conveyed by pressure. Due to high conveying pressure the pipes are usually worn quickly. The service life of the pipe was short in the past, and the maintenance and replacement cost was high. It often led to equipment downtime, which brought a lot of trouble and cost to the factory. When the customer used KINGCERA wear-resistant ceramic pipes for the first time, they discovered that this was a miracle. Since the production was put into operation, there had been no equipment problems and the conveying was smooth, which greatly increased the quantity of finished products.
