In the mining chutes application, it has a lot of wear impact. Kingcera’s ZTA wear liner is very successful for wear & impact application in mining chutes and hoppers. Meanwhile, we have another kind of design for impact wear. This liner is made of alumina in hemisphere shape embedded in special rubber and backed with rubber & steel plates. The hemisphere design makes it very effective to reduce to impact of materials as well as maintain the good wear- resistance.
