Recently, KINGCERA met with a business team from a Japanese company to explore potential cooperation. The discussion centered on wear-resistant ceramics used in Japan’s cement and construction sector, with KINGCERA sharing its hands-on expertise in solving wear-related challenges.

Eager to see the products perform in real conditions, the Japanese team asked to visit a project site. After hearing that, General Manager Mr. Yang Zheng promptly arranged for Mr. Wei Xiaojun, Marketing Head and a seasoned cement industry specialist, to lead the team to a large cement plant in Jiangxi province.

KINGCERA has a good relationship with the plant because of the perfect performance of its ceramics, the plant’s management gave a warm welcome. They kindly shut down two grinding mills and opened up their core equipment for the visit.

During the tour, Mr. Wei smoothly guided the Japanese guests through key production areas—including grinding mills and kilns—and pointed out KINGCERA’s ceramic solutions in high-wear zones. These included a ZTA ceramic-lined chute and, most importantly, ZTA ceramic protection sleeves for a vertical mill’s roller shaft.

Cement plant staff explained that these roller shafts—a vital component—used to wear down and deform quickly with traditional metal sleeves, needing replacement every six months. That meant high maintenance costs. But since switching to KINGCERA’s ZTA ceramic sleeves in 2022, the equipment has been running non-stop for over three years. The sleeves are still in great shape—no cracks—and are expected to last several more. Other installed ceramics, like the chute liners, also showed only slight wear. The Japanese team came away clearly impressed by the real-world results.

After the cement plant visit, the Japanese team was so convinced that they asked to also see KINGCERA’s installation workshop. KINGCERA arrange Mr. Su, the workshop director, showed the installation process. This open attitude made a strong impression and helped build up trust for future collaboration.

This visit not only highlighted KINGCERA’s focus on global partnership but also reflected its core belief: real-world performance speaks loudest, and trust is built through quality and transparency.
