Product Introduction

There are two sealing devices between the grinding disc seat and the frame body of the vertical roller mill. If the sealing ring is damaged, the air leakage will be serious, which will affect the wind speed of the nozzle ring and cause aggravated slag discharge. Generally, VRM has several sets of sealing rings for backup, but as a wearing part, it needs to be replaced regularly. In domestic market, it used to be expensive to import from abroad, and the delivery time is not guaranteed.

Vertical mill ceramic sealing ring developed by Hunan Kingcera, aim to solve the problem of easy leakage and wear. The VRM ceramic ring is made by vulcanizing wear-resistant ceramics in rubber according to a certain layout. This structure makes full use of the high temperature & wear resistance of ceramic liner and the high toughness and sealing properties of rubber. Furthermore, the integrated design is convenient for replacement and installation. It has been proved by many domestic cement factories that it can completely replace imported products.

Structural Features

1. grooves design at the bottom of the ceramic liner to enhance the adhesion with rubber;

2. well-chosen rubber can withstand the high temperature of 150℃, and the canvas is added for better toughness;

3. whole ceramic seal ring in block-type combined structure, and each block is combined with lap joints, which is convenient for replacement and installation;
