Product principle:

Filtered plate is a commonly used equipment in mining slurry filter equipment.Its working principle is: slurry through the filter plate, the suspended ore particles in the slurry will be filtered out by the filter plate. The water in the slurry will also be filtered out by the filter plate at the same time.

Product application:

The filtered plate was made of HDPE or PU material before.It’s wear out and damaged very fast because of the high abrasion when the suspended ore particles go through the holes.We provided our professional suggestion and a solution to choose the alumina ceramic material to replace the HDPE material to the customers after the clients described the operation working conditions like the conveying speed,temperature,conveying materials.

Currently,it used over 3 month now and the products are still in a good shape as the customer feedbacked and it will be expected to use over 2 years according to the ceramic filter plate appearance after the customer checked on site.
