The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic wear liner (ceramic+rubber +steel plate) adopts a thermal vulcanization process to vulcanize the toughened ceramic in a steel mold equipped with special rubber. Product Structure

The three-in-one ceramic wear liner adopts a thermal vulcanization process, and the toughened ceramic is vulcanized in a steel mold equipped with special rubber with the countersunk bolts. This liner is a customized product and can be made into various shapes. Various thicknesses of the liner are selected according to the wear conditions to form a strong wear-resistant layer. The working temperature of this product is 50℃—100℃.

The properties of each material for the ceramic wear liner complement each other to form an excellent wear&impact resistant layer, so it has incredible wear and impact resistance. It can be used in heavy-wear industries such as sand and mining of the high-impact areas.

1.All the liners can be customized and easy to do the replacement for the old wear liners in the high wear position.

2.Both bolts and welding installation are working.

3.The special rubber hot vulcanization process can not only ensure the solid bonding of the ceramic blocks embedded in the rubber layer, but also act as a buffer layer to prevent the ceramic blocks from breaking;

4.The shape, size and thickness of the ceramic block or ceramic liners can be customized according to your specific working conditions or applications.
