Aiming to provide better and more reliable cermet composite solution for all kinds high manganese or low alloy wear parts ‘wear resistance performance in the field of mining，cement, steel making.

For K-TiC cermet inserts, common grade details as below

Item One：After ordinary dry press process, add cold isostatic pressing(CIP), which we used for wear resistant ceramic products almost 30years. After two step pressing, pre-sintering rods will get higher compactness, which will bring evenly shrinkage during sintering, then get compacted K-TiC cermet rods.

Item Two： for pre-sintering inserts, could use wire cutting process to make tailored shape & size

Item Three：Use vacuum sintering process. The surface of inserts appears own bright silver metal luster by visual testing, which means the inserts be fully sintered, all above mentioned technical performance will be guaranteed.

Item Four：self-design and produce ability in mold making, could make tailored inserts, right now, biggest rod size is D20x110mm

Item Five：all production processes are under control of ISO14001:2015.
