Kingcera Wear & impact resistant ceramic liners delivered to Australian Customer

In the mining chutes application, it has a lot of wear impact. Kingcera’s ZTA wear liner is very successful for wear & impact application in mining chutes and hoppers. Meanwhile, we have another kind of design for impact wear. This liner is made of alumina in hemisphere shape embedded in special rubber and backed with rubber & steel plates. The hemisphere design makes it very effective to reduce to impact of materials as well as maintain the good wear- resistance. It’s an ideal solution to protect equipment in the field of strong impact & wear by big block materials, such as chutes, hoppers, buckets and silos in sectors of mining, cement, steel plants and ports.
 

 
One of our Australian customers has already used a lot of this kind of liner. And the feedback is very good. We delivered a batch product to them last week. Kingcera is always focusing on specific customer requirements, helping customer to improve the work efficiency as well as saving costs.
