Product Description:

 Located at the exit of the coal feeder, the operating characteristics of the conical reduction hopper are characterized by large material impact, severe abrasion, and high working temperature. Manganese steel plates are usually used as wear resistant material, but the wear is serious in this part, frequent replacement affects production.
 
The ceramic lined tapered spool produced by Hunan Kingcera can fundamentally solve the wear problem of these equipment. Adopting high temperature resistant inorganic adhesive, the tube is lined with 15mm thickness arc-shaped ceramic liner, which designed according to spool shape. Ceramic liners is spliced into a circle, tightly connected without gaps. When finished, a 360° mechanical self-locking force is formed between the ceramic liners.
