The stud welding type wear-resistant ceramic lined pipe is a toughened ultra-thick wear-resistant ceramic that is welded to the inner wall of the steel pipe, through an advanced stud welding process to form a strong wear resistant layer. This product is specially developed for anti-wear equipment with high working temperature. The highest temperature resistance is 500℃.
Super wear-resistant: The ceramics are made of high-quality alumina ceramics, with a hardness above HRA 85, which extends the service life of the equipment 10 times at least.
Ultra-impact resistance (very critical): The product adopts the whisker fiber toughening technology independently developed by Kingcera, which can increase the toughness of ceramics by more than 1 time. This technology won the third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. The whisker has good mechanical properties. When the whisker is pulled out and broken, it consumes a certain amount of energy, which is beneficial to prevent the propagation of cracks;
High temperature resistance: It can be operated at 0℃-500℃ for a long time, which can be satisfied by general conveying systems;
Anti-dropping (very critical): Each piece of ceramic has high-strength and high-wear-resistant bolts through the ceramic and welded to the bottom steel plate, combined with strong adhesive bonding, and double insurance to ensure that it does not fall off.
